During his time at a major airline in Hong Kong, he played a key role in achieving the highest maturity assessment level in safety risk management and safety investigations.

Shane is passionate about enhancing safety culture and recognizes the critical importance of human factors in aviation. He truly believes that fostering a Just Culture is essential for promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
